Insulated glass consists of two or more pieces of glass, a certain
space is separated by an aluminum frame filled with high-efficiency
molecular sieves, and the edges are sealed with high-strength
sealant. It has better sound insulation, heat insulation and heat
preservation performance.Its main materials are glass, aluminum
frame, molecular sieve, butyl glue and sealant.
The minimum thickness of the gas interlayer of the insulating glass
should not be less than 6mm, otherwise it will not function as
thermal insulation. However, the thickness should not be too large,
if it is too large to make the insulated glass too thick. The gaps
of the insulated glass are currently divided into 6, 9, 12, 16,
19,21,25mm.

1. High safety performance: 1.5 times stronger shocking resistance
than common glass.
2. Heat insulation: In addition to sealing dry air in the middle of
two layers of glass, insulating glass should also be coated with a
layer of special metal film with good thermal performance on the
air layer side of the middle of the outer glass, so as to achieve
greater heat insulation effect.
3. Anti-condensation and reducing cold radiation: Inside the
insulated glass, there is a desiccant that can absorb water
molecules, and the gas is dry; when the temperature is lowered,
condensation does not occur inside the insulated glass, and the dew
point temperature of the outer surface of the glass also rises.
