What is vacuum glass?
Vacuum glass is to seal the surroundings of two pieces of flat
glass, and then evacuate the gap between them. There is no air in
the space, so there will be no heat conduction and convection,
which has the effect of super heat insulation and sound insulation. The gap of the vacuum layer is usually 0.15mm-0.3mm.

Advantages of vacuum glass
1. Sound insulation:
The weighted sound insulation of vacuum glass reaches 39 decibels,
and the weighted sound insulation of general insulating glass is
about 28 decibels
2. Insulation:
The U value can be as low as 0.48W/(m-K), and the heat insulation
effect of 8.3m thick vacuum glass exceeds that of 1.5m thick brick
wall.Joy Shing vacuum glass effectively isolates heat transfer, and
its thermal insulation performance is 2-4 times that of insulating
glass and 6-10 times that of single glass.
3. Anti-condensation:
There is no gas inside the vacuum glass, so there will be no
"internal condensation and fogging"

Q: How do you control the quality of your products?
A: We have standard management in the factory based on the ISO
system, and train our staff regularly, our production department
will choose high-quality materials for glass strictly, for finished
excellent products. And we have QC for each process, once find any
problem, we will replace the glass, to make sure every piece of
glass go to the customer's warehouse is in good condition.
